The Rocky Horror Show
Music, Lyrics and Book by Richard O'Brien

That sweet transvestite and his motley crew are doing the time warp on
Broadway again in a twenty-fifth anniversary revival. Complete with
sass from the audience, and an array of audience participation props,
this deliberately kitschy rock 'n' roll sci-fi gothic is more fun than
ever, and now it's coming to St. Dunstan's.
October 11, 12, 17, 18,

October 26
(8 pm & midnight)
October 31 and November 1 & 2

Michigan Premiere
Side Man
By Warren Leight

Winner of the 1999 Tony Award for Best Play. "SIDE MAN...is...a tender,
deeply personal memory play about the turmoil in the family of a jazz
musician as his career crumbles at the dawn of the age of
rock-and-roll...It's a gentle reminder of bygone days, when a new play
by Tennessee Williams or William Inge would stir up the public and fill
seats for months."
March 21, 22, 23 (matinee), 27, 28 & 29
Adult
subject matter, mature content intended for ages 18 and older

Cabaret
Book by Joe Masteroff
Based on the play by John Van Druten and
Stories by Christopher Isherwood
Music by John Kander • Lyrics by Fred Ebb

Winner of the 1998 Tony for Best Musical Revival, Cabaret is a provocative and wildly entertaining production of John Kander and Fred Ebb's darkly comic masterpiece. Cabaret is the story of a young American writer who comes to Berlin, the capital of Germany, just before the rise of Hitler and the Nazi Party. As he struggles to write, the young man finds himself more and more tempted by life at the decadent Kit Kat Klub, and by the club's star attraction, Sally Bowles. From the authentic 1930's Berlin club setting to its haunting, unforgettable music, Cabaret is divinely decadent entertainment at its best!
May 30 & 31 and June 5, 6 & 7 (June 8 - rain date)
